Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was somewhat out of the way with friendly staff and up-to-date technology but had some issues with homeless people around. The rooms were big and comfortable, although the smoking room wasn't as nice. The dining experience was nice despite some delivery mishaps. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
I recently stayed at the hotel and had a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice, although I didn't use the jetted tub. The service was welcoming and helpful, but there seemed to be a lack of leadership which affected the service flow. The location is nice, although it needs some improvement in certain areas. The dining experience had a mix of negatives and positives.
The hotel had its ups and downs. My room, with a large bathroom featuring a wonderful Jacuzzi jetted tub and separate shower, wasn't ready for check-in until 5:30 p.m. The service, like calling me in error at 4 a.m., was a mix of kindness and helpfulness with a touch of being like a Banquet Manager. The location, despite being outside the bar area in the casino, was outstanding with a comfortable heated indoor/outdoor pool; however, the presence of homeless people asking for money was disappointing. The dining experience, although delivering to the room, was marred by a 45-minute delay. So, let's dig into the details.
